Repricing & Buy Box tools

Tools that adjust your prices automatically to win and hold the Buy Box without eroding margin. Compare repricing speed, AI strategy and whether pricing floors protect your profit.

Repricers adjust prices automatically to win the Buy Box on listings shared with other sellers, within floors and ceilings the seller sets. Done well, the price rises again once rivals sell out or move up; done badly, it chases competitors down to break-even. The tools differ on speed, how much of the catalogue gets AI repricing, and channel coverage.

Rules, AI and what each tier actually covers

  • BQool is the budget option at $25/mo, but Basic covers only 50 AI listings plus 1,000 rule-based ones, and it is Amazon-only.
  • Aura starts at $37/mo billed annually (about $47 monthly). Plans are capped by monthly sales, from $15K on Starter, and AI repricing by listing count (250 on Starter); Amazon and Walmart are included.
  • Informed.co publishes flat pricing: $199/mo for unlimited listings and users, or $99/mo while revenue stays under $5K a month, on Amazon and Walmart.
  • Repricer.com starts at $99/mo for 3,000 SKUs on three channels including eBay; AI optimisation starts on the $299 plan.
  • Seller Snap uses a game-theory engine to avoid price wars, from $100/mo billed annually; monthly billing starts at $250.

What to check before switching one on

Set a minimum price from real landed cost and fees before anything else, since a repricer will reach whatever floor it is given. Then compare the plan cap that actually binds: sales volume on Aura, AI listing count on BQool and Aura, SKU count on Repricer.com and Seller Snap. Channel coverage matters for multichannel resellers, and Sellozo bundles a repricer with PPC automation for sellers who want both on one bill.

When repricing adds little

A private-label brand that is the only seller on its listings has no Buy Box competition to respond to, so a repricer adds little; pricing there is a marketing and margin decision. Small arbitrage sellers with a few hundred SKUs rarely need the premium engines, which are overkill below a few hundred SKUs. The real risk sits at the other end: a large catalogue with no floors at all.

Common questions

Do I need a repricer for private label?

Usually not. Repricers respond to other sellers on the same listing, and a private-label brand selling alone on its ASINs has no Buy Box contest to win.

What is the cheapest credible Amazon repricer?

BQool at $25/mo for rule-based repricing, with AI limited to 50 listings on that plan. Aura’s Starter, at $37/mo billed annually, adds AI repricing on up to 250 listings and Walmart coverage.
