FeedbackFive vs FeedbackWhiz
Our verdict
FeedbackWhiz is the cheaper, broader pick for small sellers who want review requests plus alerts; FeedbackFive is the long-established single-purpose tool for brands selling across many marketplaces. Either is worth paying for only if nothing you already use sends review requests.
Our matrix gives FeedbackWhiz hijacker detection, Buy Box analytics and a live profit dashboard, though its profit and alerts modules are priced separately from emails: FW Profits from $20/mo, FW Alerts $5–$350/mo. FeedbackFive’s only matrix exclusive is competitor tracking; it covers review requests, review monitoring and listing alerts across 17 marketplaces, from a vendor operating since 2007 with live chat, email and a US phone line. FeedbackWhiz now belongs to Threecolts and is sold inside Seller 365; its Starter and Basic plans get basic support, with 1–4 hour help starting at the $80 Professional tier.
FeedbackFive starts at $34/mo for up to 2,000 orders; the old $12 entry price and free tier are gone. FeedbackWhiz Starter is $20/mo, or $16 annually, for 2,000 emails, with a 30-day trial covering all three modules. Sellers already on sellerboard or Helium 10 get review requests included and may need neither.
Choose FeedbackFive if
- You sell on many marketplaces and want one review-request tool for all
- You value phone and live-chat support from a long-running vendor
- You manage review requests for several agency clients
Choose FeedbackWhiz if
- You are a small private label seller wanting review requests for $20 or less
- You want hijacker and listing-change alerts alongside review emails
- You already use InventoryLab, Tactical Arbitrage or other Seller 365 tools
